Payments for sessions and classes are due at the time of the session or class.

 

All participants must fill out a PHYSICAL ACTIVITY READINESS QUESTIONNAIRE (PARQ) form as required by insurance.

 

All participants must take full responsibility for their own safety and follow any precautions given by their GP or health professional.

 

All sessions and classes must be booked in advance.

Please notify the instructor if you aren’t able to make your session with as much notice as possible.

Privacy Policy

  1. We will never sell, rent or otherwise distribute or make public your personal information.

  2. This website collects and uses personal information for contact forms and email links on behalf of MOVE WITH GRACE PILATES. This information may be held indefinitely; for more information on WIX’s privacy policy please visit: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy. You may remove your information with WIX at any time by contacting hello@movewithgrace.co.uk  

  3. If you choose to join our email newsletter, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. Your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.   4. If you are under 16 years of age you MUST obtain parental consent before joining our email newsletter.

  5. While your email address remains within the MailChimp database, you will receive periodic newsletter-style emails from us and updates pertaining to the Pilates sessions you have shown interest in.

  6. Any physical fitness and medical data collected, including PHYSICAL ACTIVITY READINESS QUESTIONARES and HEALTH AND SCREENING FORMS, will be kept safe and confidential and will be held for the duration of your active participation with MOVE WITH GRACE PILATES and up to 7 years after you cease.

  7. If you supply your email address, we may contact you using hello@movewithgrace.co.uk to provide you with information that is relevant to your Pilates interests and Pilates session information. Your email will then be automatically stored in that Gmail account indefinitely. If you wish for your email to be removed from MOVE WITH GRACE PILATES’ Gmail account, please request removal via email or phone providing the contact information you wish to be removed.   8. If you provide your phone number, your number will be stored in Grace Best’s mobile phone for the purpose of contacting you with information relevant to your Pilates sessions. This will be stored indefinitely, and if you wish for your number to be removed, please request removal via email or phone providing the contact information you wish to be removed.

  9. Any personal information given to our booking system, Teamup.com, won’t be stored on their servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of their services. For more details on their privacy policy, please visit https://goteamup.com/company/privacy.

  11. Any data breech will be reported to the ICO (https://ico.org.uk/) within 72 hours.

  12. This privacy policy may change from time to time in line with legislation or industry developments. We will not explicitly inform our clients or website users of these changes. Instead, we recommend that you check this page occasionally for any policy changes.
