-
Sanitisation

Please sanitise or wash hands on arrival at the studio or village hall
-
There is hand sanitiser and hand washing stations available for use at the halls and studio and can be used as much as required
-
Halls get cleaned daily before our classes
-
Studio touchpoints get cleaned daily
-
Pilates machines are sanitised thoroughly after each use (extra time has been slotted in between sessions to facilitate this)
-
If the move with grace cushions are used, they will be washed between uses
-
-
Transmission
-
Please bring your own mat for matwork classes (and cushions if desired)
-
There will be no use of small equipment like bands, etc. in matwork classes
-
Any small equipment used in the studio (mainly private sessions) will be quarantined for 72 hours after use
-
I (Grace) will wear a face shield whilst teaching (no requirement for attendees to wear one due to adequate spacing measures)
-
Doors and windows will be open when possible to promote airflow
-
-
Distancing
-
Please use designated one way systems in halls
-
Please space your mats 2 metres apart from each other unless in a family unit or bubble
-
There is limited restroom capacity
-
All participants are required to prebook to ensure there is no overcrowding
-
The Reformers in the studio are positioned 2 metres apart
-
When arriving at the studio for a Reformer class, please go straight to a Reformer to ensure distancing
-
Please be patient (and perhaps allow a few extra minutes) to exit the studio in a socially distanced manner.
-
-
Track and trace
-
I (Grace) keep accurate attendance records and hold contact details for all participants
-
If you fall ill and exhibit Covid-19 symptoms within 14 days of attending a class, you need to let me know ASAP. I will let the other participants know and we can all self-isolate (unless the participant has tested negative) according with government guidelines
-
If I (Grace) fall ill, I will let you know and cancel classes. This could potentially be a last minute decision, but your safety is my priority.
-
-
No cancelation policy
-
If you are feeling ill, please don’t hesitate to cancel even if it is at the last minute. You will not be charged and it is not worth the risk.
